Overnight Dog Boarding Holiday Deposit

To best serve our pet parents, we require a one-night deposit for all holiday overnight dog boarding including: New Year's Eve/Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

This deposit counts towards your balance for your dog's stay. If you cancel your reservation 3 days prior, you will be refunded. Less than that, your deposit is nonrefundable.  Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process. 

 

For example, if you reserved boarding for Friday thru Sunday and cancel your reservation on Tuesday, you will be refunded no questions asked. If you cancel on Wednesday, Thursday, or day of on Friday - your deposit is nonrefundable.
